This studio is located in a nice building, right behind the Carlton hotel, 2 mins from the Croisette.

It is on the 5^th floor (with a lift) and has a large south-facing balcony.

It has two sofa beds, lots of cupboards, TV, table and chairs, a bathroom, and an open kitchen equipped with fridge and electric hot plates.

Although the decoration is a bit old fashioned, this studio is comfortable and very well located.
