RESERVATION

• Reservation deposit: 40 % of the rental price.
• Balance: due one month before arrival.
• Security deposit: 25 % of the rental amount.
• Reservation deposit is non refundable, some exceptions may apply.

ANY DAMAGES

• Damages are scarce but may occur. They may also affect your security deposit. Please consult with us at your earliest convenience.

PAYMENTS

• Checks: Regular checks in Euros.
• Bank transfer: Bank details provided on first request.
